By accessing or using the POTUS AI website, AI tools, subscription features, Partner Program pages, TDS Hotline, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, subscribers, partners, and anyone who interacts with the Service in any capacity.
POTUS AI provides AI-assisted political information, analysis, search, commentary, satire and entertainment features, podcast content, an affiliate partner program, and related tools. Outputs may include summaries, AI-generated analysis, generated responses, satire, commentary, or links to third-party content. The Service is provided for general information and entertainment purposes.
POTUS AI may be built, hosted, maintained, administered, and payment-enabled by Metolius AI as a technology and service provider. Metolius AI is not a political sponsor, publisher, legal advisor, medical provider, financial advisor, or guarantor of POTUS AI.
POTUS AI's owners and operators are responsible for business decisions, public positioning, content direction, and customer-facing policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metolius AI and other service providers disclaim liability for legal claims, user conduct, content interpretations, political conclusions, third-party reliance, or off-platform actions arising from use of POTUS AI.
Nothing on POTUS AI or provided through the Service — including AI-generated outputs, podcast content, political analysis, TDS Hotline content, or any other feature — constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, safety, emergency, or professional advice of any kind. You should consult qualified professionals for advice on matters that affect your health, legal rights, finances, or safety.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, offensive, satirical, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, emergency, civic, political, or safety decisions.
POTUS AI may contain political content, satire, commentary, parody, criticism, opinion, AI-generated content, and entertainment. Such content does not represent any political party, campaign, government entity, candidate, or official unless expressly and clearly stated. POTUS AI does not condone political violence, harassment, threats, intimidation, or any illegal conduct. Users are responsible for how they interpret and act on political content.
The TDS Hotline (available at hotline.potus-ai.com) and all content labeled "TDS" or "Trump Derangement Syndrome" are provided for entertainment and satirical purposes only.
"Trump Derangement Syndrome" and "TDS" are not recognized medical or psychological diagnoses. These terms do not appear in the DSM-5 or any clinical diagnostic manual and have no standing in the medical, psychiatric, or psychological communities. They are colloquial or political terms used in popular discourse.
The TDS Hotline is not crisis support, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. No communication through the TDS Hotline constitutes a therapeutic or clinical relationship. Do not use the TDS Hotline if you are experiencing a genuine mental health emergency or crisis.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you selected (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing, features, and availability may change with reasonable notice. Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details on our systems. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any current billing period.
Participation in the POTUS AI Partner Program is subject to manual approval. Additional terms specific to the partner program apply and are described at /partners.html. Key terms include:
The Service integrates with and links to third-party services including Stripe, PromoteKit, ElevenLabs, Metolius AI, Microsoft Azure, AI model providers, social platforms such as X (Twitter), and others. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. POTUS AI is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or conduct of any third-party service.
POTUS AI branding, design, content, software, workflows, prompts, and service materials are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content — including prompts, messages, and communications — you grant POTUS AI, its owners, operators, administrators, service providers, and contractors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use your submissions solely to provide, secure, improve, and operate the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
POTUS AI respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service or any feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POTUS AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, POLITICAL ACCURACY, OUTCOMES, INCOME, OR SUITABILITY OF AI OUTPUTS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POTUS AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, REPUTATIONAL HARM, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES, RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS, USER CONDUCT, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In any event, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to POTUS AI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POTUS AI, Metolius AI, and their respective owners, operators, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) your reliance on AI outputs or other Service content.
Unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law or specified in a written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary operator of POTUS AI is legally domiciled or principally administers the service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, unless arbitration or another dispute resolution forum is required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes where permitted by law. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
